This post shows the usage of “Discuss” features. You can use Be Utopian to get answers to your queries related to your apartment living. You can discussion affecting you and the entire community at Be Utopian. The presentation below shows how you can do the above in a very simple manner.

Step 1: Go to http://www.beutopian.com/members
Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password”. A password will be sent on your mail ID.

Step 1. Go to dash board >> Complaints (Here you can see all the open tickets listed)

Step 2. Click on the “View Detail” option of the ticket you wish to process. In complaint detail here you can change the category(In progress/On Hold/ Closed) of the ticket accordingly from Status option.

Step 3. Change the Status from New to In progress & add your comments in ADD Note section.

Step 4: Click on “Submit Update”. Once you saved the changes an email notification will be sent to the resident who raised the ticket.

Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password”. A password will be sent on your mail ID.

Admin(who have access to Activities & Facilities Tracker) will get a email notification while a facility is booked. 
 
To track & approve the booking, Go to Admin Dash Board >> Manage Facility Bookings >> Bookings >> Active Facility Bookings. Admin can approve/cancel the bookings from here.

Step 1: Go To Admin Dash Board >> Manage Facility Bookings >> Manage Facilities >> Add Facility.
Step 2: Click on “Add Facility”. you can add the Facility details (Booking Cost, availability by Hour or slot, Facility Income Account, Auto Cancel Booking,Instructions). Click “Add facility”.
Step 3: Now view the Facilities on Resident Dashboard from “Facility Booking section”.
