You will not use the www.Wgate.in/smartsociety Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the www.Wgate.in/smartsociety Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2. User Information / Contents
At Wgate Smart Society, user is required to fill all necessary information to complete the registration process of user. It includes personal as well as information about the property you own/ use (Flat / Bungalow / Tenement / Office). Information or contents uploaded/ submitted/ shared by user in any form should not contain any photographs containing nudity, profanity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter to the society. Sharing of such information shall be considered as a violation of terms and Wgate Smart Society subject to terminate / deactivate such user account as upon request by society committee / members / admin.
3. User Account / Password
Email ID submitted by you shall be considered as an user id of his/her account. Only one user_id and password is allowed per resident / office as user account. Wgate Smart Society reserves the right to verify this information before enabling.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account, with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly give your login and password information to another person, we may suspend or terminate your account, in addition to any other remedies available to us. You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.
4. Credit card details
Wgate Smart Society will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on www.Wgate.in/smartsociety.
5. Change of Use / Updates
Wgate Smart Society reserves the right to:
- change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Wgate Smart Society shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and

7. Bazaar - Classified
Wgate Smart Society offers an online Bazaar - Classified - online market place where user can post advertisement and sale / buy goods and services. Wgate Smart Society just helps seller and buyer to meet at single platform and does not involve in any transaction / interaction / matter between them. In bazaar both buyer and seller are fully responsible for the business condition, transaction and payments. Wgate Smart Society users are prohibited from aiding in the sale / exchange of any item present in the below list.
Alcohol or tobacco products , Blood, bodily fluids or body parts , Pet animal parts, Fireworks, firearms and explosives , Weapons, Pornography, Prescription drugs and medical devices, including but not limited to prescription or contact lenses, defibrillators, hypodermic needles or hearing aids
Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off brand name goods , Bulk email lists, Gambling items, including but not limited to lottery tickets , Airline tickets that restrict transfer, Coupons or gift cards that restrict transfer, other unauthorized coupons or gift cards , Material that infringes copyright, including but not limited to software or other unauthorized digital goods sale, Event tickets, if the sale, pricing or manner of sale violates state or local regulations, Stolen property, or property with serial number removed or altered., Any other items which is ban by the Government / Authority as per law
Items can be included in the above list as and when prohibited by law.
8. No resale of service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
Wgate Smart Society reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof). 12. Price, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Offer Price for the service may vary over different offering and over different period of time. In the event you wish to cancel any of our services, then, you shall be permitted to do so on the Website. The cancellation will be effective after due confirmation from our side and a notification to this effect will be sent to you. After cancellation of a service, you will not be required to make any additional payments for the period after we have confirmed your cancellation. However, you will not be entitled to any refunds for any amounts paid by you prior to cancellation even if the services have not been fully rendered by us.
